Please be aware that we only do "on trial" arrangements in person for local customers. Also, Our Return and Exchange policies for online transactions differ in two respects:
The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs on orders correctly filled. We will issue a call tag if there is a shipping error, and we will ship the correction at our cost.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Save all packing and paperwork. We will notify the carrier and ship replacement goods as quickly as possible.
To allow time for goods to be shipped back, the return period is 14 days instead of 7 for goods that are purchased online, by phone, or by mail.
