The N. Glenn Davis Quintet
Drummer/composer N. Glenn Davis can be found around town with a variety of top groups, but on the Front Porch he'll be leading his own quintet and playing his compositions in support of his new CD "Come Right In" Interestingly eclectic, Glenn's compositions and playing are equally entertaining. Add the rest of the quinrtet, and this is a "must see" evening on the Front Porch!

Glenn Davis
is a drummer,composer, recording artist, and educator. Davis's debut CD The N Glenn Davis Quartet A Different View was released by theJazzed Media label in 2007 and features ten of Davis's compositions. Davis's second album Come Right In (just released, also on Jazzed Media) features the legendary Phil Woods alto sax, Mark Soskin piano, Dean Johnson bass, Jack Schantz trumpet and flugelhorn and Dave Sterner alto and soprano saxophones. The quintet performs eight Davis compositions and two jazz classics.
